Refreshing Lavender Lemon Honey Mocktail

There is something uniquely special about lavender and honey; something about the sweet taste of honey with delicate notes of soothing lavender has a way of bringing you down to earth and helping you stop and smell the... well. lavender, and fields of it, too. The same goes for lemon. Anytime I taste lemon, or really any citrus, it never fails to remind me of sunshine, or as close to it as it can get!

We tinkered around with a drink recipe that brings all these flavors together, and let me tell you—it turned out even better than we imagined. It’s a perfect blend of sweet, tart, and floral, yet somehow, it’s the most refreshing thing you could sip on( besides a good, old-fashioned iced tea). Whether you’re lounging on the back porch or hosting a fancy get-together, this drink is just right. Make a big batch for sharing or a single serving for yourself—it’s bound to become a favorite in no time.
